Debi entered the real estate business in 1985, after having worked in the administrative branch of the Company. She has been a resident of Chapel Hill since 1969. Her trademark is her careful approach to each Listing or Buyer client she helps.

Her schooling at the University of North Carolina prepared her to enter the nursing profession. She worked in several nursing environments before getting involved in real estate. It is the helping attitude and caretaking approach she developed in nursing that has helped her succeed in real estate.
